Yes! After completing the course and submitting a short demo video for approval, you’ll receive your official MINDWAVE Facilitator License, which grants you permission to lead MINDWAVE sessions at home, in your community, or even in our partner resorts.

Yes, with approval. Upon completing the course, you’ll submit a recorded session for review. Once approved, you’ll be eligible to teach at partner resorts through Fitness Vacation Exchange or FitStay as a licensed MINDWAVE facilitator.

Can I use the MINDWAVE brand during the trial?

Yes! You’ll receive permission to use the MINDWAVE  name, branding elements, and Signature Sound Bath Sequence in your local or virtual sessions, giving you instant professionalism and brand credibility.

Can I lead retreats or resort sessions with this license?

Absolutely. You’ll be eligible to facilitate MINDWAVE Sound Baths at luxury all-inclusive resorts through our partnership with FVE / FitStay an incredible way to travel, grow, and gain facilitator experience.

What resources do I get access to?

You’ll receive curated audio backtracking music, session templates, and facilitator support materials to help you deliver immersive and polished sound baths from day one.

Will I have community or mentorship support?

Yes! You’ll be invited into the private MINDWAVE  Circle, our global facilitator community, where you can connect, ask questions, share experiences, and receive ongoing support and inspiration.

What happens after the 4-month trial?

You’ll have the chance to upgrade to Level 2 Master Facilitator Certification, which offers full annual licensing, expanded brand usage, advanced training, and more opportunities to grow your impact and income.

None to start! We’ll show you a range of instruments, and you can begin practicing with simple tools. We also offer starter kits and product discounts for enrolled students.

However, it is recommended that if you have a few lightweight instruments that you love and that add a special touch, such as wind chimes, shakers, a tingsha bell, or a small Tibetan bowl, you’re welcome to bring them along! These can serve as beautiful accent pieces or “fillers” to personalize the sound bath experience while staying within the integrity of the MINDWAVE sequence.

The course is 100% online and self-paced. Most students complete it within 4–6 weeks. You’ll have lifetime access to the material so you can return to lessons anytime.
